Content Removal Requests and Review Procedure

Purpose of This Process

Ikisoda accepts reports from individuals who believe that content available on the platform is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service or Content Guidelines. Our moderation and safety teams review these submissions and assess whether corrective action is needed.

Possible measures include removing the reported content, restricting access to it, or taking action against the account associated with the violation.

Content That May Qualify for Removal

You can report material that you believe falls into one or more of these categories:

• Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual material distributed without the depicted person's consent.
• Illegal, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Material that violates our Terms of Service or Content Guidelines.
• Personally identifiable information or other sensitive personal data published without permission.
• Other content that may be prohibited by law or subject to removal under our policies.

Submitting the Required Details

To enable a meaningful review, provide the following in your request:

• Your name and contact information.
• The URL or URLs identifying the reported content.
• A description of the problem, including why you believe removal is justified.
• Your relationship to the content, whether as its owner, a person depicted in it, an authorized representative, or another concerned party.
• Relevant evidence or supporting documentation, where available.

Please check that your submission is accurate and includes all information you can reasonably provide. Missing details may make it harder to identify or assess the reported material.

Confidentiality and Disclosure

We handle submitted reports confidentially. The uploader or publisher of the reported content will not be provided with your personal information or details revealing who filed the report, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to fulfil a legal obligation.

Assessment and Possible Outcomes

After receiving your request, Ikisoda reviews the available information and determines what response, if any, is appropriate. Depending on the findings and circumstances, we may:

• Take down the material or limit access to it.
• Request clarification or additional information.
• Contact other parties involved when appropriate.
• Take action against accounts responsible for violations.

Reports relating to child safety, unlawful material, or urgent safety risks are given priority and handled as quickly as reasonably possible. Please explicitly flag any report involving an immediate threat to a person's safety.

We may provide an update on the outcome when appropriate.
