About This Policy
Ikisoda provides adult content and services and is available only to individuals who are 18 or older.
Keeping minors away from adult material is an important part of operating the platform. To support this objective, we use age assurance procedures where they are required by applicable law or considered necessary for particular services or jurisdictions.
The safeguards described below may differ depending on where a user is located and the legal requirements that apply to that user.
Who May Use the Platform
Access to adult content and other restricted features is limited to users who satisfy the minimum age applicable to the service.
In some locations, users may have to complete an age assurance check before access is granted. The requirement may be triggered by local legislation, regulatory rules, the user's location, or the particular feature they are attempting to use.
Ikisoda reserves the right to introduce additional checks or modify existing procedures as legal and regulatory requirements develop.
How Age May Be Established
There is no single verification procedure that applies in every jurisdiction. Depending on the circumstances, Ikisoda may rely on one or more of the following:
Age declaration: A user may be asked to confirm that they meet the required minimum age.
Third-party verification: An external age assurance provider may be used to establish whether the user meets the applicable age threshold.
Identity document checks: Users may be asked to verify their age using an acceptable government-issued identification document.
Other compliant methods: Where appropriate, Ikisoda may implement another method designed to establish age in accordance with applicable requirements
The options available to a particular user may, therefore, vary by country or region.
Verification of Creators and Contributors
Before publishing content, creators using Ikisoda must complete the identity and age checks required by the platform.
Creators also have an independent responsibility to ensure that everyone appearing in material they upload is legally an adult. Therefore, they must obtain any permissions, releases, consents, or other rights necessary for the lawful publication of that material.
A creator who does not satisfy these obligations may have content removed and may lose access to some or all platform services. Depending on the circumstances, their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Information Used for Age Assurance
We seek to approach age assurance in a way that limits unnecessary collection of personal information.
When a third-party provider performs a verification check, information submitted during that process may be handled by the provider under its own privacy terms and subject to applicable data protection laws.
Where possible, Ikisoda seeks to receive only the result needed to establish whether the user has satisfied the relevant age requirement rather than collecting more information than necessary.
Age assurance information may be handled in connection with:
- Access control for adult content;
- Protection against underage access;
- Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory duties; and
- The security and proper operation of the platform.

Misuse of Verification Systems
The age assurance process must not be deliberately avoided or manipulated.
Users must not, for example:
- Misrepresent their age;
- Use another individual's identity or verification details;
- Present fraudulent or altered identification;
- Tamper with a verification mechanism; or
- Take other steps intended to circumvent an age restriction.
Where Ikisoda identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect such conduct, it may take enforcement action against the account. This may include restricting access, suspending the account, removing content, or terminating the account.
If You Cannot Complete the Check
A required age check must be successfully completed before access can be provided to the relevant restricted material or feature.
If verification is abandoned, cannot be completed, or does not provide sufficient confirmation of the user's eligibility, Ikisoda may withhold or withdraw access until the applicable requirements have been met.

The requirements surrounding access to adult content may change over time. To that end, we may amend this policy to reflect new legislation, regulatory expectations, technical developments, industry practices, or changes to our own procedures.
