Policy on Child Safety and the Prevention of Exploitation

Last updated: 10/10/2026

Purpose and Scope

This Policy explains how Ikisoda works to prevent child sexual exploitation and abuse, responds to reports of potential violations, and complies with applicable legal requirements.

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward child sexual exploitation. Ikisoda is an adult-only platform for people aged 18 or older; individuals under 18 may not access our services, create accounts, or participate on the platform.

Prohibited Material and Misuse of the Platform

The platform must never be used to create, upload, publish, distribute, promote, host, request, or facilitate child sexual exploitation material.

Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), material involving child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), any sexual content involving individuals under 18, and content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or sexualizes minors.

This restriction applies regardless of how the material was produced. Real, altered, synthetic, AI-generated, animated, and other digitally created content is prohibited if it depicts or appears to depict a minor in a sexual context.

Users may not share links, contact details, or other resources intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation, access to child sexual abuse material, or related illegal activity. Attempts to normalize, justify, or promote sexual activity involving minors are prohibited under all circumstances.

Account Eligibility and Creator Verification

Access to Ikisoda is restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Users must confirm that they satisfy the minimum age requirement before viewing adult content. Where applicable law requires additional age assurance, users must complete the required process to gain access.

Anyone who fails to meet the applicable age threshold will be denied access. Accounts associated with minors may be suspended or terminated, and users who do not complete required age assurance checks may also be denied access to the platform or its services.

Creators must complete identity and age verification before they are allowed to publish content. They are responsible for ensuring that every person appearing in their material is an adult and that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, and consent for publication.

We reserve the right to deny creator access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when verification requirements are not met or this Policy or our Terms of Service are violated.

Prohibited Behaviour Toward Minors

Grooming, solicitation, coercion, and any other attempt to involve minors in sexual activity or exploitation are prohibited. Accounts connected to such conduct may be restricted immediately or terminated. We may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities where applicable law requires or permits disclosure.

User Obligations

Every user is responsible for ensuring that content they upload, publish, submit, or otherwise make available through Ikisoda complies with this Policy, our Terms of Service, all other applicable platform policies, and the law.

Users must not upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or otherwise facilitate prohibited content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

If you become aware of potentially prohibited material or conduct, report it promptly through the Content Removal Request form or by contacting admin@ikisoda.com

Violations may result in removal of content, account restrictions, suspension, termination, or other appropriate enforcement action.

Reporting and Reviewing Safety Concerns

Reports about content that may involve minors or otherwise violate this Policy should be submitted immediately through the Content Removal Request form or sent to admin@ikisoda.com

Please include as much relevant detail as possible:

  • The URL of the reported material.
  • Usernames or account information associated with it.
  • An explanation of the concern and why you believe the Policy has been breached.
  • Screenshots or other supporting information, where appropriate.

We use user reports, moderation procedures, and other safety processes to identify and review possible violations. These processes include assessing submitted reports, examining flagged content, removing prohibited material, taking action against responsible accounts, and regularly reviewing our safeguards.

Reports involving possible child sexual exploitation receive priority. Our team follows a risk-based approach, prioritizing the most serious allegations involving minors. Content may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is ongoing to help minimize potential harm. We review these reports as quickly as reasonably possible.

Measures We May Take

Where credible evidence of child sexual exploitation or abuse is identified, we may remove content or restrict access to it, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict future access to the platform where appropriate, and take additional steps necessary to protect users and comply with applicable law.

Enforcement may also be carried out under our Terms of Service and other relevant platform policies.

False or Malicious Submissions

We welcome good-faith reports of genuine child safety concerns. Deliberately submitting false, fraudulent, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions or other appropriate enforcement action.

No penalty will be imposed solely because a report submitted in good faith does not lead to a confirmed violation.

Cooperation With Competent Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other competent authorities where required or permitted by law. User, account, and content information may be disclosed through appropriate legal procedures, including valid court orders, warrants, and other legally binding requests, where disclosure is legally required or permitted.

Record Retention and Privacy

Records relating to child safety reports, investigations, and enforcement decisions may be maintained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users, and enforce our policies.

Information concerning accounts, user activity, reports, and investigations is kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Policy Maintenance

We may revise this Policy as laws, regulatory requirements, industry standards, or our internal practices change. Revisions will be published on this page, and the Last Updated date will be amended to show when the latest version was issued.
